This week our circuit training will consist of

Exersice 1

dumbbell squats

Exersice 2

Bent over row

Exersice 3

Plank fron left and right

Exersice 4

Tricep kick backs

Exersice 5

Bicep curl

One set represents a circuit of 5 exercises. You will start with exercise 1 and continue with no break until all 5 exercises are finished.

You may take a 5 minute break after a cycle. Repeat this circuit 5 times.

Plank
Bent over rows
Front left right plank 30 seconds each
Tricep kick backs
Bent over rows
